Position Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team of dynamic professionals who are passionate about data-driven decision-making. As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in collaborating with business partners to develop analytics strategies that drive business priorities. You'll own and manage an analytics workstream, leading a team of analysts and data scientists to build end-to-end analytical products that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with business partners to develop analytics strategies that drive business priorities through predictive modeling, statistical analysis, or metric evaluation

• Own and manage an analytics workstream, leading a team of analysts and data scientists to build end-to-end analytical products
• Use robust data in algorithms and predictive models to advocate approaches, identify issues, uncover trends, and propose solutions
• Perform analyses of structured and unstructured data to resolve complex business problems using advanced statistical methods and mathematical analyses and deep knowledge of the business and/or industry
• Develop and participate in presentations and consultations to communicate and discuss analytics results and solutions
• Use robust programming skills to explore, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data in various forms

Required Qualifications

* 3+ years of relevant analytic experience

• Experience programming using R or Python
• Experience in SQL

Preferred Qualifications

* Demonstrates strong ability to communicate technical ideas and implications to business partners

• Anticipates and prevents problems and roadblocks before they occur
• Strong knowledge of advanced analytics tools and languages to research large data sets from multiple data sources
• Demonstrates skill ability in most areas of mathematical evaluation methods, system learning, statistical analyses, and predictive modeling, with in-depth specialization in some areas

Education

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Mathematics, Data, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related field

• Master's degree or PhD preferred
