Job Summary
The Experienced Full Stack Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing complex business problems, developing data-driven solutions, and implementing process improvements that drive business growth and efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of business operations, data analysis, and technical skills, including proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and R. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain data management processes, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) using Python, SQL, and other relevant tools
- Design and implement data visualizations and reports using tools such as Power BI, QuickSight, and Excel
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements that drive business growth and efficiency
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track business performance
- Identify and prioritize business opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to drive business growth
- Develop and maintain complex queries to drill deep into process issues
- Enhance the client experience through data-driven insights and process improvements
Essential Capabilities
* 5+ years of experience in a business analysis, data analysis, or related field
- 5+ years of experience writing SQL queries and creating business intelligence reports using tools such as Power BI, QuickSight, and Excel
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, computer science, or related field
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Experience with Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
- Experience making business proposals and influencing stakeholders
Preferred Capabilities
* 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or related role
- Experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Strategy
- Understanding of data warehousing and data modeling
- Familiarity with a programming language such as Python or R
- Experience with at least one of the statistical modeling languages/tool sets
