Job Summary
As a Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our company's databases. You'll be responsible for collecting and entering data, updating spreadsheets, and ensuring that our business databases are current and reflect the latest developments, updates, and transactions. Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Gathering invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients.
* Scanning through information to identify pertinent information and correcting errors.
* Organizing information in a manner that optimizes swift and accurate capturing.
* Creating accurate spreadsheets and entering data into relevant databases.
* Ensuring data is backed up and stored in an organized manner for easy retrieval.
* Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered.
* Handling additional duties from time to time as required.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* 1+ years' experience in a relevant field, such as data entry, administration, or customer service.
* Good command of English, both written and spoken.
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
* Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed.
* Proficient touch-typing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
