• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Basic computer skills, including general typing, use of common software applications, and ability to navigate the internet.
• A quiet, distraction-free workspace, with a reliable internet connection and a download speed of at least 100 MBPS.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality.
