Key Responsibilities
As a Ramp Agent at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, ensuring timely connections and guiding incoming and departing aircraft from gate positions.
- Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather-related incidents.
- Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion.
- Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate routing of baggage to destinations.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless operations and efficient movement of cargo and baggage.

Requirements
To be successful as a Ramp Agent at arenaflex, you will need:
- A high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
- Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States
- Have a valid driver's license
- Proficiency in English
- Pass a physical ability test (PAT)
- Ability to wear required company-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Ability to hold airport-specific requirements, such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal
