Job Description
As a Remote Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and tasks that will challenge you and help you grow as a professional. You'll be part of our Innovation Office, where you'll work closely with our business clients to gather requirements and develop quality technical solutions. You'll also have the chance to participate in Agile methodologies and work with our cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with business clients to gather requirements and develop quality technical solutions
- Ensure that solutions are aligned with internal tooling, business processes, and departmental guidelines
- Manage timelines for planning, coding, testing, and executing to ensure that solutions are delivered on time and within budget
- Act as a liaison to ensure effective communication between business and Innovation teams
- Participate in system and acceptance testing
- Collaborate with other Innovation Assistants and workgroups to achieve organizational goals
- Follow up on organizational drives and contribute to the organization's purpose of connecting people to what's important in their lives through friendly, reliable, and affordable air travel
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, computer science, information technology)
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry, business analysis, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Essential knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement
- Essential knowledge of technical environment required
- Openness to Agile methodologies preferred
- Essential understanding of project management procedures
- Critical thinking and verbal communication skills required
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple and simultaneous tasks under tight deadlines
- Past investigator internship experience within the past year preferred
- Experience solving business problems in a capstone or case competition preferred
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with business clients to gather requirements and develop quality technical solutions
- Experience participating in Agile methodologies and working with cross-functional teams
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
