Key Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Data Entry Operator, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Entering data into our systems with high accuracy and efficiency
• Verifying the accuracy of data entered by others
• Identifying and resolving data discrepancies and errors
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
• Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a Seasonal Data Entry Operator with arenaflex, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Three months of full-time experience in data entry or word processing
• Experience operating electronic data entry or word processing equipment to input information from source documents
• A keyboard (typing) speed of at least 45 words per minute
• Completion of an established data entry training course using electronic data entry equipment may be substituted for up to three months of experience

Additional Information

This is a seasonal position, with a duration of approximately 8 weeks. The successful candidate will be required to work a standard 8-hour day shift, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime as required. The position is headquartered in our Salem office, with the possibility of working remotely. The salary listed is the non-PERS qualifying salary range, and the successful candidate will be eligible for a Cost-of-Living Adjustment (COLA) of 6.55%.
