Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our remote support team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through multiple channels, including phone, chat, and email. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with booking, changing, or canceling flights, as well as answering questions about arenaflex policies, flight statuses, baggage, and more.

  • Handle inquiries through multiple channels, such as phone, chat, and email, and ensure a positive customer experience with friendly, professional service.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs.

Qualifications
