About the Role

As a Work from Home Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions via inbound calls, providing an optimum level of service, and advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Fluency in Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills, with a patient, empathetic, and problem-solving approach
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and decisions
• Proficiency in Windows and MS Office
• A strong social support system, autonomy, and ability to work from home

Responsibilities

As a Work from Home Customer Support Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests
