This role offers flexible working hours, with shifts available under 4 hours a day, and a competitive hourly wage ranging from $16 to $20 per hour. Job Description
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our data management systems. Your primary responsibility will be to enter and manage data in our databases, ensuring that all information is current, accurate, and easily accessible. You will work closely with various departments to gather necessary data and maintain reporting standards that meet our company's guidelines. In this role, you will be expected to utilize various data entry software and tools as well as maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Communication is key, as you will collaborate with team members across different functions to provide support in data-related tasks. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Your day-to-day tasks will include reviewing and correcting data discrepancies, inputting customer and financial information, generating reports for management, and ensuring compliance with data entry policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for providing feedback on system improvements and assisting in the development of training materials for new hires.

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role is a plus
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
