Job Description
As an arenaflex Remote Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing various software tools to navigate customer accounts, research, and review policies
- Communicating effective solutions in a fun and fast-paced environment
- Collaborating with colleagues to escalate pain points and enable arenaflex to improve and deliver world-class customer service
- Providing sales links and offering discounts to customers
- Helping customers resolve issues with orders and payments
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic English writing skills
- Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and a reliable internet connection
- Ability to work a flexible reduced hour schedule that may start and end outside of normal business hours
- Ability to work 30-39 hours per week, with potential for additional or fewer hours due to business requirements
