Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Data Entry Specialists. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Inputting and updating data into various systems and databases with high accuracy.
  • Verifying data integrity and accuracy by comparing it to source documents.
  • Managing and organizing digital files and records effectively.
  • Communicating with team members and supervisors to ensure data requirements are met.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
