Job Summary
As an Associate Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers. You will be responsible for answering incoming requests through a multichannel system, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming requests through a multichannel system, including order entry, order status verification, and processing return orders
- Follow standardized processes to ensure 100% quality for all orders
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to arenaflex specifications
- Understand, interpret, and explain detailed information of processes and procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and assist in additional team/organizational projects as required
- Demonstrate flexibility in responding to new and rapidly changing situations and environments
- Provide support beyond standard hours as needed to support business needs
Essential Qualifications
* Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner
- Demonstrated clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Desire to provide best-in-class customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support business needs
Preferred Qualifications
* Associate's degree or higher; High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- At least 2 years of customer service or account management experience
- Experience with Systems Applications & Products (SAP), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
- Experience with Salesforce and PowerBI
Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive salary: $17.23 - $27.74 per hour, plus bonus eligible
