Job Summary

We are seeking an Experienced Customer Support Representative to join our Booking & Activities Support Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing efficient, effective, and empathetic customer service through phone and email channels. You will also be involved in setting up schedules and tours in the back office and booking systems. This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work quickly in multiple Chrome tabs at once.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email channels, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Keep up-to-date with social media channels for customer support and feedback, taking action when necessary
  • Assist with setting up schedules and tours in the back office and booking systems
  • Work closely with our client to ensure seamless support and service delivery
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and clients
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Experience with Fareharbor is a must; familiarity with Zendesk, Aircall, or Talkdesk, and Slack is a plus
  • Strong active listening skills, with the ability to use and model positive language to help customers and clients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Fluency in oral and written English; second language is a plus
  • Dedicated and dependable work ethic, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and AI
  • Strong computer skills, including familiarity with multiple browsers, tabs, window navigations, and instant messaging tools
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
