The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from the public, requiring appointments following a referral. This will include booking, re-scheduling, and cancelling appointments on our booking system. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, where efficiency and accuracy are paramount. We're looking for good communicators who are comfortable working in a dynamic environment, with a high regard for customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound calls from the public, requiring appointments following a referral

  • Book, re-schedule, and cancel appointments on our booking system
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing efficiency and accuracy
  • Maintain a polite and professional telephone manner at all times
  • Empathize with customers, respecting and understanding their needs

Essential Qualifications:
