Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate to join our team on nights and weekends. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing transactions and relationships with our valued sellers and customers, providing elite service, and resolving issues in a fair and constructive manner. Key Responsibilities
* Manage transactions and relationships with sellers and customers, providing elite service and support
- Respond to a broad range of event and order-related questions via phone and email
- Investigate and resolve customer experience issues, determining the root cause and implementing solutions
- Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers, navigating order queues, and providing real-time assistance
- Play an active role in continued learnings to advance skill sets necessary for individual and team goals
- Manage in-bound seller calls and monitor open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers
