As a Chat Support Advisor, you will:- Provide customer support via the Internet.
- Help customers resolve technical financial issues.
- Assist in correcting billing concerns.
- Deliver expert customer experiences...with a smile.
Your Qualifications
Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Chat Support Advisor role include:- Customer Focused Resolution Skills
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Required High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
- Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology, preferred.
- Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
