Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing friendly and efficient support to our customers, handling a wide range of tasks, from ticketing and baggage handling to resolving customer complaints and issues. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience

  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on flights, baggage, and other travel-related matters
  • Process transactions, handle cash, checks, credit cards, and other forms of payment
  • Manage baggage and freight, ensuring timely and efficient handling
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide support to customers and other stakeholders
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Complete reports and forms as required by the organization
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., hospitality, customer service, business administration)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to type or use a computer keyboard with sufficient speed and accuracy
  • Familiarity with tagging systems, rules, and regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to work in a confined space, with the ability to lift, bend, and move as required
