Position Overview

As a Customer Service Partner – Audiology Domiciliary, you'll be responsible for building and developing your own team, driving clinical and retail excellence, and serving your community. You'll be the heartbeat of your growing business, making critical daily decisions to support your customers and team. With our dedicated support office teams and local optics domiciliary administration team, you'll have everything you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and develop your own team to deliver exceptional customer experiences

• Drive clinical and retail excellence, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained
• Serve your community, building lasting relationships with existing and new customers
• Make critical, everyday decisions to support your customers and team
• Complete the Audiology Practitioner course within 12 months to become a non-registered trained clinician
• Work under the delegated authority and supervision of a named Hearing-Aid Dispenser, undertaking a range of clinical activities along the audiology customer pathway

Essential Qualifications

* Retail/Customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

• Leadership skills and business acumen, with the ability to drive growth and development
• Right to work in the UK
• Valid driving license
• Passion about maintaining high-quality clinical and retail standards
