The Role

As a Customer Service Professional at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers to resolve their queries, address their concerns, and provide exceptional service. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and social media, resolving customer queries and addressing their concerns in a friendly and professional manner

  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve customer satisfaction and business objectives
  • Learn new skills and technologies, including computer and phone systems, to enhance your performance and efficiency
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* Valid high school diploma or equivalent

  • Two years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
  • Excellent phone, email, and written communication skills
  • Basic working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.) and computer skills
  • Passion for customer service with an empathetic nature and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of energy-related products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
