Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a degree in business, marketing, or a related field a plus
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve issues with minimal supervision
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat software, with the ability to work comfortably using a computer and chat software to communicate with customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting performance metrics
