The Role
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be at the forefront of our customer-centric approach, working closely with clients and potential clients to provide exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Completing our comprehensive training program to ensure you're equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in this role
- Handling inbound and outbound calls from clients and potential clients to set appointments and provide information about our products and services
- Utilizing the Zoom platform to educate and sell life and supplemental health insurance to clients and potential clients
- Assisting clients and potential clients with electronic applications and other administrative tasks
- Participating in regular team training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices
