Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our Equity Market Operations team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities

- Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our clients feel valued and supported throughout their trading journey. - Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints, technical issues, and account-related queries efficiently, utilizing your problem-solving skills and attention to detail to find effective solutions. - Account Management: Assist customers with account setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting, ensuring that our clients have a seamless experience when interacting with our platform. - Transaction Assistance: Provide support for stock trading activities, including placing orders, understanding transaction statuses, and explaining charges and fees, empowering our clients to make informed decisions. - Education: Educate customers on stock market basics, trading platforms, and company policies, helping our clients to build their knowledge and confidence in the market. - Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring that our team has a clear understanding of customer needs and preferences. - Compliance: Ensure that all activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies, upholding the highest standards of integrity and ethics. - Feedback: Collect customer feedback and report to management for service improvement, helping us to continually enhance our customer experience. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as IT and compliance, to resolve complex issues and ensure that our clients receive seamless support.

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, commerce, business administration, or a related field. - Experience: 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the financial services or stock broking industry. - Skills: - Strong knowledge of stock market operations and trading platforms. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. - Proficiency in regional languages is a plus. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Proficient in MS Office and customer service software.
