Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing courteous and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring timely resolution of their inquiries and issues.
  • Addressing customer inquiries regarding prescriptions, insurance coverage, product information, and general healthcare-related questions, demonstrating a deep understanding of our services and products.
  • Processing orders, refill requests, and medication transfers accurately and efficiently, maintaining attention to detail and adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating with pharmacy teams and other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution, fostering strong relationships and communication.
  • Educating customers on available services, programs, and resources to meet their healthcare needs, showcasing your expertise and passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) software to document interactions and track customer feedback, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets, demonstrating your commitment to excellence and results-driven approach.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience in a call center or healthcare setting is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to actively listen and empathize with customers.
  • Proficiency in navigating computer systems and utilizing software applications, including CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Familiarity with pharmacy terminology, prescription medications, and insurance coverage is a plus, but not required.
