Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for applying advanced data analysis methods to drive business decisions. You will work closely with our content team to identify opportunities for growth, optimize content delivery, and inform marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities
* Apply advanced data analysis methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions
- Investigate customer behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped customer needs and undiscovered content opportunities
- Develop predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform acquisition strategies
- Collaborate with the content team to optimize content launch and episode release strategies
- Test and refine marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention
- Develop and implement new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and operational direction
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to partners to drive business growth
- Effectively communicate key findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong focus on statistical analysis and AI procedures
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with R or Python programming languages
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data storytelling techniques
