Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll work closely with our Technical Outreach teams as an AI-savvy expert to promote arenaflex's cloud solutions to our clients. In this role, you'll assist prospective clients and partners in understanding the power of our cloud technology, explaining technical features, helping clients design models, and troubleshooting any potential issues. You'll also have the opportunity to work with clients to utilize specific AI (ML) equipment developed by arenaflex (e.g., Tensor Processing Unit). You'll collaborate closely with clients and product development to shape the TPU stage.

Key Responsibilities

* Work with the team to identify and qualify business potential opportunities, grasp key client technical concerns, and develop strategies to resolve technical blockers

  • Provide AI expertise to support the technical relationship with arenaflex's clients, including product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and collaboration with product management to focus on solutions affecting client adoption of arenaflex Cloud
  • Work with clients to demonstrate and model arenaflex Cloud product combinations in client/partner environments
  • Suggest integration techniques, proof-of-concept models, stages, and application infrastructure to implement a comprehensive solution using best practices on arenaflex Cloud
  • Attend client sites, meetings, and other related events as needed

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent functional experience

  • Experience in virtualization or cloud native designs in a client-facing or support role
  • Experience with large data, AI, and mathematical programming systems (e.g., TensorFlow, Python, MATLAB)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience building AI systems and utilizing specific AI models (e.g., deep learning, LSTM, convolutional networks)

  • Experience architecting and developing software or infrastructure for mobile, distributed systems
  • Experience in data and information management as it relates to large data patterns and issues within organizations
  • Ability to rapidly adapt, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, processes, and solutions in the cloud/IT space
