Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Agent – Automotive Dealer Support at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service over the phone, via email, and through other communication channels
• Researching and resolving customer requests related to profile assistance, vehicle shipments, and warranties
• Tracking and resolving critical orders in a timely and accurate manner
• Escalating complex issues to senior team members or management as needed
• Maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude, even in high-pressure situations
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
• Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's products and services

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in computer software and technology, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a relevant field preferred
• Two or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or automotive industry setting
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must:

• Be a resident of Michigan
• Have high-speed internet access at home that you can connect to via Ethernet or landline
• Have a secluded and distraction-free work environment
• Be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the potential to increase to full-time hours
