Job Highlights

* Competitive hourly rate of up to $19 per hour

  • Flexible work schedule options available, with the majority of work hours during weekdays and daytime

  • Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
  • Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
  • Smart phone, Android tablet or iPad required for program work, along with an authentication app

Key Responsibilities

As a remote customer service representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email responses. Your primary goal will be to help customers with all their needs, resolving issues and answering questions in a friendly, empathetic, and professional manner. You'll also be expected to:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and effective way
  • Provide product and service information to customers
