Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service/Sales Support Representative – Remote Front of House, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional service to customers by understanding and addressing their needs
  • Assisting customers in scheduling services and resolving inquiries efficiently
  • Answering incoming calls and redirecting them to the appropriate departments or individuals
  • Gathering information to respond to customer questions accurately
  • Providing detailed information about services and offerings
  • Addressing billing inquiries and processing payments over the phone
  • Handling issue resolution in a professional and timely manner
  • Communicating updates about service issues by coordinating with the appropriate teams

Social Media Management Responsibilities

In addition to customer service, you will also be responsible for managing our social media presence, which includes:

  • Developing and scheduling engaging social media content across platforms
  • Monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Analyzing social media metrics and reporting on campaign performance
  • Researching and implementing new trends to enhance social media engagement
  • Collaborating with the team to align social media strategies with company goals
  • Creating and maintaining a content calendar for consistent posting
  • Running paid social media advertisements, if necessary

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in customer service with strong communication and problem-solving skills
