Job Summary

As a Remote Online Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers in real-time through our online chat support platform, providing prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries, and resolving customer issues in a professional and courteous manner. You'll work closely with our team to continuously improve chat support processes and procedures, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage with customers in real-time through online chat support, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services, including pricing, order status, and product features
  • Assist customers in navigating our website and online ordering system, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary

Essential Qualifications
