Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat
• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Ability to pass a background check and maintain a clean driving record

Work Environment:

The work environment for this position is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. The Customer Service Representative will work in a remote environment, using technology to communicate with customers and internal teams. The work may involve moderate risks or discomforts, such as working around moving parts, machines, fumes, or hazardous chemicals.
