Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Work From Home, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will work closely with our internal teams to analyze customer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance our services.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze and generate insights from various data sources to inform business decisions and improve customer experiences

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks to meet deadlines and deliver results
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Provide exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Identify and escalate customer complaints and issues to ensure timely resolution
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of arenaflex products and services to provide accurate information to customers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer experiences

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications)

  • At least 4 years of experience in an analytical or customer-facing role
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to develop sound insights from multiple data sources
  • Experience with quantitative analysis tools and querying relational databases (SQL, SAS, R)
  • Ability to prepare executive-level presentations
  • Strong initiative, self-motivation, and sense of urgency
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Up to 10% travel required

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications)

  • Strong experience in survey design and management
  • Call recording and text analytics experience
  • Experience with Tableau, Spotfire, or other visualization tools
  • Machine learning or predictive forecasting experience
