Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Oklahoma. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through phone and chat interactions. You'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, answering their questions, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex services in a friendly and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer a high volume of incoming calls and chat requests from customers

  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to arenaflex services, including online orders, tracking, and delivery
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
  • Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously on multiple screens while on the phone or answering chats
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including purchasing and activities staff, to resolve customer issues
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, using effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Preferred Qualifications

* Internet business customer service specialist certificate, or equivalent experience

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and split days off
