What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service: Serve as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries, providing prompt and friendly assistance via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Handling registration and payment processes: Ensure accuracy and efficiency in handling registration and payment processes for events and leagues.

  • Collaborating with other departments: Work with other departments to ensure smooth event operations and customer satisfaction.

What We Require (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a sports or event management setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities: Ability to think critically and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
