Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable

Essential Qualifications

* No prior experience is required; we're committed to training and developing our team members

  • Ability to work within recognized turnaround times and meet productivity standards
  • Exceptional social skills, with the ability to organize simultaneous tasks and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to translate and use company policies and procedures to provide accurate and informed support

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
