Job Summary

We are seeking an Executive Customer Relations Business Analyst to join our team and drive customer satisfaction and process excellence. As a key member of our customer relations team, you will be responsible for analyzing customer cases, developing recommended strategies for process improvement and efficiencies, and working closely with our leadership team to implement these strategies. Key Responsibilities

* Analyze customer cases to identify areas for process improvement and develop recommended strategies for increasing efficiency and customer satisfaction

  • Conduct research and interpret results to develop actionable recommendations and reports for leadership
  • Work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies for process improvement and customer satisfaction
  • Review customer cases to identify root causes of issues and develop recommendations for improvement
  • Analyze data for trends and patterns to develop actionable recommendations and reports for key stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to leadership and other stakeholders

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1-2 years of contact center experience
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in data analytics and performance reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Demonstrated experience in data validation and business intelligence and reporting tools

  • Ability to create analytic designs and perform quantitative analysis
  • Experience in analytics implementation
  • Proven skill level in Excel, including pivot tables, power pivot, V-lookup, and dynamic charts
  • Proven skill level in PowerPoint

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Competitive salary range: $49,700.00 - $82,800.00 annually

  • Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience
