Job Summary

As a Client / Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers via various channels to resolve their queries, provide training to new hires, and contribute to the growth and development of our products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Respond promptly to customer queries via email, live chat, video, phone, and social media channels, ensuring that all interactions are polite, helpful, and professional.

  • Escalate serious complaints or issues that you're not equipped to deal with, working closely with colleagues or managers to find the best solutions.
  • Liaise with colleagues or managers to identify common problems and suggest improvements, contributing to the growth and development of our products and services.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services, staying up-to-date with new releases and updates.
  • Obtain and share customer feedback with colleagues and other departments to inform product and service improvements.
  • Provide training to new customer service agents, sharing your expertise and knowledge to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Respect client confidentiality at all times, adhering to arenaflex's strict data protection policies.

Requirements

* High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field may be advantageous.

  • Practical experience with help desk software, such as Zendesk, and CRM software, such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, may be required.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not essential.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to respond appropriately under pressure.
  • Sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients.
  • The flexibility to work irregular hours, when required.

Preferred Qualifications

* A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with clients.

  • The ability to speak a second language may be advantageous.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and help desk platforms.

Compensation and Benefits
