Responsibilities

As a Mechanical Customer Service Expert, your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling and responding to customer inquiries with empathy and expertise
  • Providing exceptional customer service through active listening and proactive problem-solving
  • Working with confidential customer information and maintaining the highest level of sensitivity
  • Resolving issues on the first call by being proactive and resourceful
  • Communicating effectively with customers to de-escalate conflicts and build trust
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and providing feedback on call issues
  • Tracking call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes

Qualifications

We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver exceptional customer experiences. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a technical or mechanical field
  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex technical issues
  • Ability to type 25 wpm and maintain a clean and quiet workspace
  • Internet Connection Requirements: Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps, Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps, ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms, Proof of internet speed required
