Job Summary

We are urgently hiring a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative to work on a weekend remote schedule. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the prescription needs of injured workers, ensuring efficient and accurate service. This role involves working with pharmacies, client adjusters, and claimants to coordinate medication benefits, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing, inputting, and supporting claimant profiles in our pharmacy network
  • Assisting pharmacies in the adjudication of claimant medications
  • Coordinating and liaising with client adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure accurate assignment of medication benefits
  • Supporting client needs regarding requirements for claimant medications with reporting and data
  • Managing and updating client and claimant information in multiple systems
  • Answering questions from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies regarding medications
  • Adjusting to changing processes and needs of various clients
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3 years of related customer service or telephonic experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency in the use of computers and multiple software systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills, including active listening and the ability to ask relevant questions
  • Excellent written grammatical skills and understanding of proper telephone etiquette

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, experience in workers' compensation law and editing skills would be beneficial in this role.
