What You'll Do

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing customer support regarding flight reservations, cancellations, and modifications
  • Addressing customer queries concerning baggage policies, seating arrangements, and loyalty programs
  • Assisting with emergency response communications if necessary
  • Handling high volumes of customer calls and messages with professionalism and courtesy
  • Utilizing CRM systems to document customer interactions and resolutions
  • Collaborating with other departments to streamline customer service processes

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the airline or travel industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work remotely with a stable internet connection and dedicated workspace
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

Team Structure and Collaboration

As a member of our Virtual Customer Service team, you'll report to the Remote Customer Service Team Leader and engage in daily briefings and debriefings over virtual platforms. You'll use company-provided technology tools to maintain communication and manage tasks, ensuring seamless collaboration with your team.
