About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Live Chat Support Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer experience team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers through live chat interactions, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions in real-time. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and troubleshooting requests through live chat, providing solutions that are customer-centric, clear, and timely.

What You'll Need:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven customer service experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service and support to customers.
  • Strong typing skills (minimum 35 WPM) and proficiency in using chat platforms and navigating multiple systems.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a desire to help others and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our customers.
