Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our Healthcare Data Management team. As a key member of this team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data monetization strategies, manage operational capabilities, and drive business growth. You will work closely with senior leaders to identify and examine information monetization opportunities, develop and implement data governance and control strategies, and provide analytics to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Pharmacy, Retail, and FOS, to develop and implement data monetization strategies

  • Establish and maintain data governance and control strategies across the organization
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including pharmaceutical producers, payers, and health systems
  • Provide analytics and insights to support business decisions, including data evaluation and analysis
  • Participate in and/or contribute to regulatory or contractual audits with information evaluation as a SME
  • Participate in RFP responses and Statements of Work (SOW) for new contracts as a SME
  • Work in a matrix environment to provide shared responsibility for pharmaceutical producer relationships with Purchasing, National Account Management, and Specialty Pharmacy
  • Manage channel section business and profitability effectively
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including pharmaceutical producers, payers, and health systems
  • Support new business development by providing application design and method information to create proposals for new services
  • Coordinate and control activities, plans, and programs in place of responsibility
  • Advise on various data monetization projects and initiatives to ensure that any information-related modifications and dependencies are identified, communicated, documented, and controlled to ensure adherence with contractual wishes and Enterprise Data Governance set up standards
  • Coach, mentor, and develop personnel through orientation, training, and performance control programs to build employee morale, motivation, and loyalty
  • Lead delivery and guide of the existing and new Analytics products, including Inroads in collaboration with outside vendors to provide information and insights to Pharma, Payer, Health System partners
  • Define and partner closely with IT team to increase and monitor metrics that affect current contractual data shipping services and analytics products
  • Operate within organizational policies with respect to policies, programs, procedures, budgets, and relevant laws

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in implementation of programs of financial or operational importance in a producer or healthcare services environment

  • At least 4 years of experience with the design, documentation, and implementation of service programs of financial or operational importance
  • At least 3 years of experience working with multiple disciplines, defining and gaining concurrence/accountabilities of project activities
  • Experience participating with both internal and external sources to develop strategies that meet business and organizational needs within budget and established timelines
  • Experience in identifying service/operational problems and recommending and implementing solutions to problems
  • Experience with project management (e.g., planning, organizing, and managing resources to result in the successful completion of specific project objectives and goals)
  • Experience in application management and analytics of producer programs for Specialty Pharmacy services
  • At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace
  • At least 3 years of direct management, indirect management, and/or cross-functional team management
