Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our IROCC (Investigative Risk and Operational Compliance Center) team. As a Principal, Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for identifying key information to support ERM and risk evaluation objectives, compliance requirements, and situation recall areas. You'll collect and process data from disparate systems, design dashboards, and build custom reports to help stakeholders scope risk and assess control maturity.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify key information to support ERM and risk evaluation objectives, compliance requirements, and situation recall areas
- Collect and process data from disparate systems, including US and global businesses
- Design dashboards and build custom reports to help stakeholders scope risk and assess control maturity
- Apply analytics strategies and tools to increase defensible and regular methodologies for assessing risk
- Draw insights and correlations from data and communicate findings to compliance professionals, attorneys, and business leaders
- Provide input on new and emerging risk areas using data-driven analysis
- Solicit feedback and contribute to the continuous development of our ERM and risk evaluation processes
What You'll Bring
* Deep SQL knowledge and experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, Tableau Prep, BigQuery, PowerApps, and Dataiku
- Experience working on legal, compliance, ERM, or risk evaluation matters
- Ability to generate impactful visualizations and use data to "tell a story"
- Proficiency in coding using R or Python
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Growth mindset and experience learning new things
