Job Responsibilities:

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, communications, or customer service
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
