Job Summary
We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide exceptional support. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering inbound customer calls to resolve issues, requests, and questions
- Providing exceptional customer service and sales support experiences
- Using state-of-the-art contact center software to provide accurate, valid, and complete information
- Precisely following call handling instructions to meet quality assurance standards
- Handling multimedia customer interactions in a friendly, courteous, and effective manner
- Establishing and maintaining customer satisfaction
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent attendance and a strong work ethic
- Proven customer service and support experience (at least one year preferred)
- Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills and typing proficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Reliable cell phone for VPN connection
- Quiet, distraction-free home office setting
