Job Description

As a Customer Service Operations Support Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers. You will work closely with our internal teams to investigate customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions that meet our customers' needs. Your role will involve:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
  • Investigating and resolving customer complaints and issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to provide solutions and support
  • Providing training and coaching to customers on our products and services
  • Analyzing customer feedback and making recommendations for process improvements
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports of customer interactions

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent level qualifications as a minimum

  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience, preferred
  • Experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer service operations role

  • Training, teaching, or coaching experience
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
