Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our customer service and administrative functions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate information about products, services, and policies
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution
  • Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to address customer needs
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues when necessary
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and company updates to provide accurate information to customers
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online customer support

Requirements
