Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Air Terminal Client Assistance (ACS) Asset Arranging group. As a Sr. Examiner, you'll be responsible for investigating and resolving complex customer issues, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and developing predictive models to drive business success. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze customer data and develop predictive models to identify trends and areas for improvement

• Investigate and resolve complex customer issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business success
• Develop and implement business process improvements to enhance customer experiences and drive revenue growth
• Conduct research and analysis to identify new information sources and develop essential scientific models and tasks
• Utilize data visualization and scientific storytelling techniques to communicate complex findings to senior leaders and stakeholders
• Foster complex reports and investigations, working closely with leaders to drive results
• Support cycle improvement and project management initiatives, collaborating with individual specialty units and cross-divisional teams
• Present findings to OAP and specialty unit leaders, including senior leaders
• Serve as an internal expert, providing insights and guidance to drive results

What You Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• Experience with scientific tools, such as SQL, Python, and R
• Strong business acumen, analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills, and the ability to manage complex cycles with cross-functional teams
• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal skills, with the ability to create succinct, relevant, and decisively determined reports and presentations for senior leaders
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with MS Office is required
