Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Fredericksburg, VA office. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering billing questions, making policy changes, and offering recommendations to our policyholders. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Answer billing questions, make policy changes, and offer recommendations to policyholders
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and informed support
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and teamwork

Qualifications & Skills

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or insurance industry setting
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment, with a focus on efficiency and productivity
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changes quickly, with a growth mindset and a desire for continuous improvement
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Compensation
