About the Role

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Ensuring the accurate and timely conveyance of critical information to clients regarding their security or functional conditions
• Acting as a liaison between our organization and clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
• Collaborating with our team of digital protection, threat intelligence, and incident response experts to drive navigation and specific activity
• Working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional results

Key Responsibilities

* Data Entry and Management: + Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail + Manage and maintain data integrity, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate + Develop and implement processes to improve data entry efficiency and accuracy

• Client Communication:

+ Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner + Act as a liaison between our organization and clients, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration + Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions

• Team Collaboration:

+ Collaborate with our team of digital protection, threat intelligence, and incident response experts to drive navigation and specific activity + Provide support and assistance to team members as needed, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently + Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures, ensuring that our operations remain efficient and effective

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, with a focus on data entry and management

• Experience in CTI procedures and applications in one of the functional areas: Detect, Secure, Respond, or Recover
• Experience in managing partner relationships, including introducing, presenting, and answering to various crowds, including executives
• US Government Top Secret/Delicate Compartmented Data Clearance with polygraph

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the use, handling, and analysis of strategic (technical) CTI within a functional environment, supporting monitoring, discovery, and response capabilities

• Understanding of CTI procedures and application concepts, with the ability to advise and train new CTI colleagues
• Ability to correspond raw intelligence from sensors, incident response commitment, and other sources into reports and briefings
• Ability to present written or verbal data to technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to take complex, ambiguous topics, build methodologies, and influence stakeholders

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Competitive salary range: $153,000 - $234,000 + bonus + stock + benefits
